Antipasto platter

• Antipasto – selection of cured meats, seasonal and marinated vegetables, seasonal salads, served with crostini
• Fresh prawns with cocktail sauce, cucumber, radish, tomato and cos lettuce salad
• Rare roast beef with horseradish mayonnaise and salsa verde [served at room temperature]
• Roasted chicken pieces cooked in garlic and sage with a lemon aioli [served at room temperature]
• Vitello Tonnato – Slices of veal covered with a creamy tuna and caper mayonnaise sauce [served at room temperature]

Soups
• Minestrone genovese – rich vegetable soup topped with basil pesto
• Ribollita – Tuscan white bean and vegetable soup
